Welcome to the 2025 SA Senior Men’s and Women’s Box Lacrosse State Team Registration of Interest Form for Lacrosse SA.
The 2025 LA Senior National Box Lacrosse Championships will be held from Wednesday 19th February -TBC in Altona, Victoria.
Lacrosse SA actively encourages all interested and eligible men and women to register interest for this outstanding developmental opportunity. If you intend to register to play for the South Australian team, selections will be held during games in our local competition.
REGISTRATION:
As mentioned above, to be eligible for selection in the team you need to be playing in the local competition (SAILL).
Following registrations teams will be selected, with successful/unsuccessful players notified shortly after.
ELIGIBILITY:
– Must be a registered member and must be playing in SAILL
– Must be 16 years old on the first day of the event.
– Must not have any outstanding financial debts with Lacrosse SA or Affiliated Lacrosse South Australia Club.

All members registering through this form acknowledge, accept and agree to LA and National Policies, including:
1) I will be bound by and must comply with all Lacrosse Australia Policies, including but not limited to, the National Integrity Framework (Child Protection Policy , Member Protection Policy, Competition Manipulation & Sports Wagering policy, Improper use of Drugs & Medicine policy, and Complaints, Disputes & Discipline Policy), Anti-Doping Policy, and Lacrosse in Australia Code of Conduct and Lacrosse Social media policy, which can be found here .
2) I acknowledge and agree that LA and SIA hold the right to update these policy as required and that the up-to-date policies will be published on Lacrosse Australia’s website.
3) I acknowledge that I am bound by these policies and it is my responsibility to be familiar with these policies;
4) a breach of these policies could result in further action being taken, as outlined in the complaints or discipline procedures policies

Players selected into the teams must complete the following Lacrosse Australia mandatory training and education:
– Anti-Doping Fundamentals
– Annual Update
– Introduction to Illicit Drugs in Sport
– Decision Making in Sport
– Competition Manipulation and Sports Gambling.
Players who have not submitted the application form, or paid the registration fee by COB Wednesday, 18 December 2024, will not be eligible for selection.
